Muay Thai
Known as the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai blends punches, kicks, elbows and knees into one of the most effective striking systems in the world.

Powerful, technical striking.
Muay Thai classes build real striking skill from the ground up: stance, footwork, combinations and pad work, with conditioning that leaves you tired in the best way.
You do not need to be in fighting shape to start. Coaches meet you where you are and build from there.

Taught by Coach Lance King.
Coach Lance began training in 1992 at the Minnesota Martial Arts Academy. He earned his Muay Thai black belt under Ajarn Chai Sirisute and Ajarn Greg Nelson in 2005 and his Academy Muay Thai Instructor Certification in 2013.
Meet Coach Lance“The instructors are great to work with, super flexible, especially when working with other sports, and curricular activities. Our boys come home exhausted, while making lifelong friends and having fun!!” Bridget Nickelson, Parent of two teens
