MMA
MMA blends techniques from a wide range of martial arts, combining striking and grappling to prepare you for sport or self-defense.

Put it all together.
MMA class ties the arts together: the takedowns and control of wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the striking of Muay Thai and boxing, and the transitions in between.
It is a natural next step for students already training BJJ and Muay Thai, and a great challenge for anyone who wants to be well-rounded.

Coached by a champion.
Coach Sean Stebbins brings over 20 years of experience in MMA, wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing and Army Combatives. He is a 2017 IMMAF World Bronze Medalist, 2017 USMMAF National Champion and 2016 Driller Promotions Flyweight Champion.
Meet Coach Sean“Sean is great at transferring his knowledge of MMA, grappling, wrestling, and Muay Thai to students. This is a great gym for kids, teens, and adults of all abilities.” Morgan Whiterabbit, Student
