Kids
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai side by side, so kids learn to grapple and strike while they build focus, discipline and confidence.

Two arts. One confident kid.
Kids train in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai each week. On the mats they learn leverage, position and control. On the pads they learn stance, footwork and clean technique.
Learning both gives kids a well-rounded foundation for sport and for real-world self-defense.

What your child builds.
- Confidence that comes from earning new skills
- Focus and discipline that carry into school
- Real self-defense skills, taught safely
- Fitness and a healthy outlet for energy
- Friendships with kids who work hard
“They build confidence, discipline, and respect in every student. They are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each child's growth, whether they're stepping onto the mats for the first time or advancing their skills.” Jay Moua,
